Terms of Service for TipMe – Tip Tracker

1. Introduction

This app is provided by Marcos Guimarães Cruz Dantas ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose & Functionality

TipMe allows you to record daily tip amounts and view statistics (charts, analyses). An optional Cloud Sync feature lets you back up and sync data across devices.

3. Eligibility & Use

• The app is available worldwide and targets a general audience. Users under 16 must obtain parental consent for personalised ads.
• The core features are free; optional in-app purchases let you unlock extra features or support development.

4. Data Storage

• Local: By default all entries are stored only on your device.
• Cloud Sync (optional): When enabled, your tip data is transmitted via TLS to Google Firebase Firestore and linked to your authenticated account. You can disable sync and delete your cloud data at any time within the app.
• In-App Purchases: Processed via RevenueCat; no payment data is stored by the app.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Ads – personalised advertising (subject to your consent via ATT/UMP).
• Firebase Firestore – cloud database used for the optional data synchronisation feature.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding accuracy or availability of stored data and are not liable for losses or damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time without individual notice. Please review the current version inside the app periodically.
